Area rugs can be the perfect accent piece to any home. However when they get dirty and worn down, they can have the opposite effect. You may attempt to clean your rugs on your own, but doing so is a hassle and could be potentially harmful to the coloring and construction of the rug.

The first step is inspecting your rugs and discussing the cleaning process with you.
We will pickup and transport your rugs to our rug cleaning facility and prepare them for a deep cleaning process. We’ll test your rugs for colorfastness and inspect them for any damage.
Your rugs are then processed through a “rug wash” where they will be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed. This is the preferred and safest method for cleaning wool rugs and other delicate materials.
After your rugs are washed, as much water as possible is extracted and your rugs are hung carefully to dry.
When your rugs are dry, we’ll prepare your rugs for transport and can deliver them back to your or arrange for you to pick them up at our facility.
The safest and most effective method for cleaning rugs is in-plant using a rug washing system. Some rugs, including inexpensive decorative rugs, may be cleaned in your home, but it is highly recommended that Oriental, Persian, Turkish, and other handmade rugs be professionally washed at our facility.

Shambaugh's came to my house for the assessment of water damage and an hour or two later two very nice guys came and set up all their equipment within about 2 hours. Someone came every day to check the progress of drying. They were very polite and thorough during the whole process! Would have them come again if the need arises again!

They were all very nice! Mike and Ken are extremely helpful and put our concerns and settled us down! Very knowledgeable and kept us informed of everything they were doing. If you have a sump pump please make sure that you have flood insurance!!! We did and they worked with us on the price. We even saved the carpet just replaced the pad. Mike and Ken are Great!!
